At Bower Photography, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear and prints. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all lens caps, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
