What is the standard shipping time for camera equipment?
We offer domestic shipping within 3-5 business days. High-value items such as professional DSLR bodies and cine lenses are shipped via insured express courier to ensure maximum safety.
Do you offer a warranty on refurbished lenses?
Yes, all certified refurbished lenses undergo a rigorous 50-point inspection and come with a comprehensive 6-month Bower Photography warranty against mechanical defects.
What is your return policy for open-box items?
You may return open-box items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included. A 10% restocking fee may apply.
Are your digital workshops refundable?
Digital workshop enrollments are non-refundable once the course materials have been accessed; however, we are happy to transfer your credit to a future session if you notify us 48 hours in advance.
Do you provide international shipping?
We currently ship to over 50 countries. International shipping rates and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of the equipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For professional studios, we also offer financing options through our third-party lending partners.
